The Ninth Session Of The Indo-Russia Joint Working Group 09 May, 2003 The 9th Session of the Indo-Russian Joint Working Group on the Hydrocarbon Sector is scheduled to commence in Moscow, Russia by mid-May. The Indian contingent is due to be headed by Mr. J M Mauskar, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, while the Russian delegation shall be headed by Mr. Voronin, the Deputy Minister of Energy & Mines.
