OVL Signs PSA For Libyan Blocks, OVL, New Delhi 26 July, 2003 PSA negotiation with the Libyan government authority is now complete.OVL is presently, waiting for the formal invitation to sign the agreement, which  shall be done shortly . OVL has 41% stake in the two exploration blocks in Libya. The exploration work is in progress.
